I have loved growing and learning in this role for the past 3 years.  I learned that I enjoy presenting professional development in person and virtually in front of large and small groups, planning professional development based on data​, and supporting teachers with creative and easy instructional solutions.

As a teacher in many roles - Bilingual & Monolingual - ELA-R and Math, I built strong relationships with diverse learners while also setting clear boundaries that lead our class to success and growth in all content showing growth with 90%+

I was also recognized by leadership for using data to drive decisions about instruction and structure that drove the team forward and showed positive growth gains consistently

Co-Founder

I am proud of role as co-founder of BOSS.  In this experience, I grew my own understanding of social media algorithms and growth campaigns while also growing the online presence of BOSS TEACHING.  Our goal was to support teachers on a more personal level outside of the classroom.  I am still proud of the personal development and growth concepts professional videos that we published as well as the digital downloads for teachers utilizing creative tools – Canva, Adobe, and Google

With my Masters degree in Educational Leadership - focus on Urban and large systems, I am able to see organizational strategy with large organizations.  It is through this program that I gained expertise in data analyzation, professional development planning and presenting, and the ability to support and serve the stakeholders of my organization.
